In the story seventh grade Victor wants Teresa as his girlfriend. I know that because on page 52 it says "Teresa is going to be my girl this year"
Victor is in love with Teresa i know that because these things victor says. "Teresa, a girl he had liked since they where in catechism classes together". "Teresa is going to be my girl this year". " i am going to walk out of the class when she did so i could bump into her and say it was in accident and say something clever".
Another 3 things is how i know Victor is in love with Teresa. in french class this is what victor said and did. the french teacher asked if anyone knew french and victor raising his hand to impress Teresa. Victor practice scowling with his friends to impress Teresa. "she is cute" victor said to his friends.

Mr.Lucas said "now somebody tell me a person, Yes Victor" "Teresa" he said automatically. Teresa was walking down the hall and Victor walking down the other way turning back admiring how gracefully she walked, one foot in front of the other.
